Gun Owners of America "Gun Owners of America (GOA) is a non-profit lobbying organization formed in 1975 to preserve and defend the Second Amendment rights of gun owners. GOA sees firearms ownership as a freedom issue. From state legislatures and city councils to the United States Congress and the White House, GOA represents the views of gun owners whenever their rights are threatened."

National Rifle Association of America The National Rifle Association was founded in 1871 to provide training in the safe and efficient use of firearms and to encourage interest in the shooting sports such as hunting and target competition. With over 4 million members, the NRA has grown to become the country's largest civil rights organization being the most prominent defender of Americans' Second Amendment rights. In order to protect the fundamental "right of the people to keep and bear arms," the NRA actively promotes both lawful, responsible private ownership and use of firearms and swift, certain, severe punishment for the criminal misuse of guns. As a Contributory Life Member (Benefactor level), I strongly encourage you to join the NRA and help us defend the right that protects all our rights.
