Project Vote Smart
Project Vote Smart is the major program of The Center for National Independence in Politics, a national non-partisan organization focused on providing citizens/voters with information about the political system, issues, candidates and elected officials. It provides the most powerful tool citizens in a democracy can use: factual, relevant, independent information. It is scrupulously non-partisan and does not lobby, support, or oppose any candidate, issue, or cause. To protect the independence and integrity of its Voter's Self-Defense System of information, Project Vote Smart does not accept funding from government or corporate sources, or any special interest group that lobbies. It is supported entirely by individual memberships and foundation grants.

Rightgrrl!
What's the woman's point of view on Abortion? Affirmative Action? War? Rightgrrl thinks these are incredibly inane questions, and unlike many liberal feminists, believes there are as many female points of view as there are female sizes and shapes. Rightgrrl is a meeting ground for young women who share a few common ideas -- namely pro-life and conservative political thinking like free-market economics -- but who otherwise smash the "feminist" icon of the '90s woman. A Rightgrrl might be Republican or Independent; Black, White, or any race; Christian, Atheist, or any religion. The political left has graciously stereotyped pro-life conservative women as bun-haired, lace-collared, humorless, boring prudes. Well all you narrow-minded, bigoted liberals get ready for a dose of reality!
